Moreover, to ensure that the apples we sort meet all European regulations regarding pesticide residues, we have established a close partnership with the accredited Hamilton laboratory. Together, we test our suppliers’ apples both during the season and after harvesting.
Furthermore, to minimize risk and reduce pesticide residues in our fruits, we utilize the rapidly developing BioActiW technology. We use a fully natural, biodegradable agent that eliminates bacteria, viruses, and fungi from the surface of apples. The result is a clean and safe product with reduced pesticide content.
